Plant Attunements
For thousands of years, humans have turned to the plants not simply for medicine, but for guidance, companionship, and transformation. These two-week journeys are rooted in the traditional Shipibo practice of dieta—a sacred way of entering into relationship with a single plant through intention, consistency, and deep listening.
Together, we gather in community to explore the mythology, history, energetic qualities, and traditional uses of the plant while cultivating a personal relationship through ceremony, meditation, journaling, song, and daily practice. Rather than learning about the plant, the invitation is to learn from it.
Over the course of two weeks, participants are encouraged to simplify, create space, and engage with the plant as a living teacher. Through this intentional relationship, the plant often becomes a mirror—illuminating patterns, restoring balance to the nervous system, deepening intuition, and inviting a more authentic way of being.
These journeys are inspired by over a decade of my own study within the Shipibo tradition and are offered with deep respect for the lineage while being thoughtfully adapted for life in community. Each gathering provides a supportive container to experience the wisdom of the plants in a way that is both grounded and transformative.
Every plant carries its own rhythm and its own medicine. The invitation is simply to listen and allow the relationship to unfold.
